    When exploring the island of Maui, there are 2 components that turn a memorable experience into an unforgettable, epic experience. The first is having an island local show you around and the second, is to see it in our custom Shaka Tour Vehicles! Our goal is for you to sit back, relax and leave all your worries behind so you can feel the warm wind in your hair, smell the fragrant island flowers and most importantly, enjoy the beautiful views with as few obstructions as possible!

    Q. What should I bring?

    A. All Tours - Sunglasses, camera, a drink (must be in a spill-free container), hair-ties (if need), sweater if in the late afternoon or if the weather is cooler.

    Road to Hana Jungle Tour - Please also bring towel, swimsuit and bug spray.

    Q. Is there an age REQUIREMENT?

    A. Yes, the minimum age is 5 years old. Our tours are immersive, narrated experiences that require guests to remain seated and respectful of the shared environment. Children must be comfortable sitting for the duration of the tour and able to follow parent guidance.

    For the comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to decline participation if a guest’s behavior disrupts the experience.

    A. Westside Maui Highlight Tour = 75 min

    Q.  What if it rains on the day of my tour?

    A. Precipitation is typical in Maui and part of the experience and we offer ponchos if need. If weather conditions are extreme, we will need to cancel, however, we can reschedule your tour for another day or time or provide a full refund.

    Q. What is the cancellation policy?

    A. This experience can be canceled in full 48 hours before the time of your tour. The experience is non-refundable within 48 hours and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded. If we cancel due to poor weather, which is at our sole discretion, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. Additionally, there are a minimum of 6 guests required for each tour. If there is less than that, we will move you to another tour or refund you in full.

    Q. Are there any requirements for guests?

    A. Guests must be ambulatory. We are unable to accommodate Walkers, Wheelchairs and/or Scooters, of any kind. Unfortunately, guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks, or generators will not be able to participate.
